Ben Sheppard

Ben Sheppard is a Senior Associate in the property and infrastructure disputes team at Shepherd and Wedderburn, specializing in commercial real estate litigation and telecoms work. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, where a wide range of commercial disputes was managed across various sectors. Additional roles include volunteering as Membership Secretary at Cartha Queens Park Rugby Club and previous positions as Trainee Solicitor and Para Legal at HBJ Gateley and involvement in student legal advisory roles at the University of Strathclyde. Ben holds a Clinical LLB from the University of Strathclyde and a BA (Hons) in Criminology from Glasgow Caledonian University.
