Emma Moir

Emma Moir is a Senior Associate at Shepherd and Wedderburn, where the focus is on planning and environment law, having progressed from Solicitor to Senior Solicitor and Associate since May 2022. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Property, Planning and Consenting Solicitor at SSE Renewables from March 2020 to May 2022 and served as a Solicitor at Scottish Borders Council from June 2015 to March 2020, after completing a Trainee Solicitor position. Emma holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Edinburgh Napier University, as well as a foundational education from the International School of Paphos.
