George Frier

George Frier is a seasoned corporate partner with extensive experience in providing strategic legal advice to corporate and commercial clients at Shepherd & Wedderburn LLP since June 2012. Specializing in both domestic and international matters, George Frier focuses on transactional and advisory work for medium to large corporate entities and investors. Prior to this role, George Frier served as a corporate partner at McClure Naismith LLP from 1993 to June 2012, leading corporate law efforts, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate governance, and international transactions. George Frier holds an LLB with honors in Private Law from the University of Glasgow and completed education at Morrisons' Academy in Crieff.
