Caroline Smith

Caroline Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in account management and customer relations. Currently serving as an Account Supervisor at Shepherd since August 2021, Caroline has progressed through roles including Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the Museum of Science & History as Guest Relations Manager and Special Events Coordinator, as well as roles at Manifest Distilling and Rover.com. Caroline's early career features internships and support roles at Dublin City Library & Archives and Time Out Sydney, alongside positions at Florida State University and volunteering as a Lifeguard/Camp Counselor for the Girl Scouts of Gateway Council. Caroline holds a Master of Philosophy in Public History and Cultural Heritage from Trinity College Dublin and dual Bachelor's Degrees in English and Art History from Florida State University.
