The Human Resources and Employment Services Team at Shepherds College focuses on promoting an inclusive and supportive workplace culture while facilitating the career readiness and employment opportunities for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This team is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining qualified staff, as well as providing guidance and resources for students to secure meaningful job placements and successfully transition into the workforce. Through collaboration with other departments, they ensure that both staff and students have the tools and support needed to thrive in their respective roles.
