Ashley McCullough

Ashley McCullough has extensive experience in program and service management within social support organizations. Currently serving as Program Manager for Transitional Shelter Services at Shepherds of Good Hope since March 2022, Ashley has held numerous roles within the organization, including Assistant Manager and Frontline Worker. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Residential Services at The Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa and various positions at Shepherds of Good Hope, where a progression of roles from Assistant Manager to Administrative Coordinator was achieved. Ashley's professional background is supported by academic credentials, including a Graduate Certificate in Victimology from Algonquin College and a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Criminology and Women's Studies from the University of Ottawa.
