Jim Chambers

Jim Chambers, AIA, serves as the Vice President of Practice Management at Shepley Bulfinch, a position held since September 2007. In this role, responsibilities include day-to-day client management, contract monitoring, and overseeing staffing and team dynamics, alongside leading LEAN initiatives. Jim's extensive experience encompasses various aspects of architectural practice, including project management, design development, and construction administration, as well as contributions as a Digital Design Specialist, where assistance was provided to the BIM manager and support was offered to project teams. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Job Captain at Pfaffmann + Associates, and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University, earned in 2006.
