Kurtis Rottunda

Kurtis Rottunda is an experienced architect with a robust professional background. Currently serving as an architect at Shepley Bulfinch since August 2021, Kurtis previously worked as an architect at Goettsch Partners from February 2019 to July 2021 and at Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) from June 2011 to February 2019. Kurtis began academic involvement as an Architectural History Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2009 to May 2011 and contributed as a Solar Decathlon Team Member in 2009. Earlier experience includes a role as a Station Technician with Northwest Airlines at Willard Airport from May 2007 to August 2009. Kurtis holds a Master of Architecture (MArch) and a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a brief educational stint at the Technical University of Munich in 2010.
