Bess Sully

Bess Sully has extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Bess most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP since April 2016. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Talent Development at Kaye Scholer LLP for over seven years. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Director of Legal Personnel and Recruiting at WilmerHale.

Bess Sully attended Princeton University from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Art History and Archeology.
