Caroline Menes

Caroline Menes has extensive work experience in the legal recruiting field. Caroline most recently worked as the Director of Legal Recruiting at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at Shearman & Sterling LLP from January 2021 to November 2021. Before transitioning into recruiting, Caroline worked as a Legal Recruiting Officer at Proskauer Rose LLP from January 2016 to December 2020, and as the Director of Legal Recruiting from November 2006 to December 2015. Caroline also has experience as an Assistant Manager of Legal Personnel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2004 to 2006 and as a Career Services Counselor at Columbia Law School Office of Career Services from 2001 to 2004. Caroline started their legal career as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from 1997 to 2000.

Caroline Menes holds a JD degree from the New York University School of Law. Caroline also obtained a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2021, they received certification as a Lawyer Coach from Volta Talent Strategies.
