D'Arlene Beard

D'Arlene Beard is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management, photography, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Software Development Project Manager at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP since March 2013, D'Arlene facilitates planning for development teams and management to achieve project goals. Previous roles include KM Analyst and CRM Data Steward, where responsibilities involved analyzing budget proposals and maintaining data integrity. D'Arlene is also the Owner/Photographer of D'Arlene Beard Photography, specializing in various photography styles and events. Co-founding Piloti, Inc., an internationally recognized motorsports footwear brand, D'Arlene contributed to its growth from a start-up to a successful enterprise. Early career experience includes working as an Assistant to the General Counsel at adidas AG. D'Arlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Illustration and is fluent in German, with educational experiences at multiple institutions, including the Massachusetts College of Art and Art Center College of Design.
