Dmitriy Chelnitsky

Dmitriy Chelnitsky is a partner and team lead at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, focusing on the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Team within the Tax Practice Group since June 2018. With extensive experience advising medium and large public and private companies on executive compensation and benefits, Dmitriy has handled a range of corporate transactions, including mergers, initial public offerings, and bankruptcies. Previously, Dmitriy served as counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and affiliates, and as an associate at Bachelder Law Offices and Dechert LLP. Dmitriy holds a Doctor of Law degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Fordham University.
