Matthew Tobias is a Partner in Employment Litigation at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where expertise lies in labor and employment matters on behalf of employers and management. With substantial jury trial experience, Matthew has successfully tried various employment cases, including issues related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Previously, Matthew served as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Los Angeles before joining Sheppard Mullin.
