Barrett Cisney

Barrett Cisney, LCSW-C, currently serves as the Clinical Risk Manager and Chief of Clinical Risk Management Community Services at Sheppard Pratt, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Barrett Cisney was the Chief of Evaluation & Compliance and the Chief of Risk Management at Mosaic Community Services, where tenure extended from July 1989 until September 2021. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work (MSW) in Community Organizing and Social Administration/Mental Health from the University of Maryland Baltimore, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology/Clinical from Towson University.
