Stephanie Shelton

Stephanie Shelton, LMSW, CTP, currently serves as a Social Worker at Sheppard Pratt, where responsibilities include performing biopsychosocial assessments and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams across various inpatient units for children and adolescents. Concurrently, Stephanie is a Forensic Social Worker at the Office of the Public Defender Maryland, providing supportive counseling and conducting assessments for justice-involved clients, along with testifying in court regarding treatment recommendations. With prior experience as a Grant Social Worker, social work intern, and BLS Instructor, Stephanie has a comprehensive background in client advocacy, community engagement, and specialized practice in addictions, supported by a Master of Social Work degree from Morgan State University.
