Earlier roles included Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager at Meals For The NHS, contributing to the delivery of over 300,000 meals to frontline workers during the pandemic. Mollie also worked as an Operations Specialist at Flash Pack, supporting significant growth and international expansion. Educationally, Mollie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Politics from Durham University and graduated from Bolton School Girls' Division.
