Menad Gouachi is a project manager specializing in water and environmental issues at Ville d'Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve since April 2024. Previously, Gouachi worked as a project engineer at SHER Ingénieurs-Conseils s.a. from July 2017 to July 2024, and held the position of environmental studies officer at CSD ENGINEERS in early 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship focused on water treatment techniques and sizing of wastewater treatment plants at FOREM-Polygone de l'eau in late 2016, and a bio-engineering internship at ARCEA-Acenis where environmental impact studies were conducted. Gouachi began a career in hydraulics as an engineer at Sarl HYBACO, conducting studies on potable water supply and wastewater systems, as well as flood prevention projects between 2011 and 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Water Resources from Université catholique de Louvain (2013-2015) and an engineering degree in rural engineering from Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou (2006-2011).
