Amogh Jaiswal has a diverse work experience, with a focus on technical expertise and sales operations. Amogh started their career in 2005 as the proprietor of Jaiswal Constructions and Jaiswal Enterprises. In 2010, they joined Mahaphant Fiber-Cement (South Asia) Private Limited as the Technical Head for SHERA, where they worked until 2019. Since 2019, Amogh Jaiswal has been working as the Head of the commercial team and Solution Business at Shera Public Company Limited, where they are responsible for developing application solutions and overseeing sales operations.

Amogh Jaiswal began their education in 1987 at Saint Augustine's High School in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Amogh completed their S.S.C. degree in 1998. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering in Nagpur from 2001 to 2005. Later, they went on to earn a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Datta Meghe College of Engineering from 2013 to 2015.
