Steven Marrero

Steven Marrero is an experienced hospitality professional specializing in event management and culinary arts. Currently serving as the Meeting & Special Events Manager at Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino since November 2021, Steven previously held various roles within Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, including Event Specialist and Club Lounge Attendant. Early career experience includes positions as a Pastry Cook at Hyatt Regency, an internship focused on banquets and prep work at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel, and a cook role at Walt Disney World during the Food and Wine Festival. Steven holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Orlando and has academic roots at Universidad de Puerto Rico.
