Fawaz Kuwaiti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and quality assurance within the marine and offshore industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Sherbiny since March 2021 and as the Chief Executive Officer at EMERGE ADVISORY & CONSULTANCY since January 2020, Fawaz is dedicated to supporting partners in achieving ambitious goals and promoting continuous improvement. Previously, Fawaz held the position of Quality, HSSE, and Marine Insurance Manager at ADAMS OFFSHORE from February 2015 to January 2020, where responsibilities included implementing and overseeing QHSSE system activities and ensuring compliance with various standards. Fawaz also served as Country Manager at DNV GL from August 2004 to February 2015 and began a career in marine engineering as an Engineering Cadet at United Arab Shipping Company Ltd. Fawaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy, completed in 2004.
