Antoinette Halliday

Antoinette Halliday, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Instruction at Sherburne-Earlville Central School District, a position held since September 1998, with prior roles including Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, Elementary Principal, Assistant Principal, and Teacher in various capacities within special education. Antoinette has also worked as a Scorer for Strategic Measurement & Evaluation, Inc. since March 2023, and previously taught as a 5th Grade Special Education Teacher at Sidney Central School District. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Literacy from St. John's University, a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership and Administration from SUNY Cortland, a Master of Education in Special Education from Mansfield University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from SUNY Fredonia.
