Ericka Evans

Ericka Evans is a seasoned professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as Partner and Head of Production at Phantom Compass since April 2011, where end-to-end game development services and original products are managed. Evans also holds the position of Women in Games Ambassador since May 2022, advocating for a fair and inclusive gaming environment for women. Additional roles include being a member of the IDM Fund Advisory Committee at Ontario Creates and Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at Innovate Niagara. As an educator, Evans is actively involved in mentoring capstone projects at both Sheridan College and Brock University, and is set to serve as a Course Instructor at Humber College. Prior experience includes producing children's television and interactive media at Falling Squirrel Productions and producing at Silicon Knights. Evans holds a Diploma in Media Arts from Sheridan College (1997-2000).
