Sheridan Construction Began as Chris R. Sheridan & Co., a family owned business in 1947. We now are owned by the employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We provide a complete range of commercial and industrial construction services within the State of Georgia. Negotiated work represents 85% of our volume, most of which is with repeat customers. The firm's principals are registered Engineers, and a significant portion of our work is design-build projects. Sheridan Construction has done all types of work, including new and renovation work for educational, financial, medical, religious, retail, wholesale, and industrial clients. The company operates primarily in the State of Georgia.
