Kent Christiansen

Kent Christiansen is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and surgical support roles spanning several decades. Currently serving as an ONCB Auditor at the Orthopaedic Nurse Certification Board since January 2019, Kent has extensive experience at Memorial Hospital of Sheridan County since June 2006, where roles include DBC - SurgiNet Inframatics RN and OR Tech / RN, as well as DBC - SurgiNet Coordinator. Previous positions include work as an OR Tech at Baptist Medical Park and Sacred Heart Hospital, and a Public Health RN at the Arkansas Department of Health. Kent's early career involved significant roles such as an OR RN for open heart surgery at St Vincent's Medical Center and a PICU RN at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Kent's foundational training began in the US Navy, followed by nursing education in Scotland. Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Pensacola Bible Institute and qualified as a Registered General Nurse through Forth Valley College of Nursing and Midwifery.
