Chartered McIpd Ewa Piguillem

Ewa Piguillem, Chartered MCIPD, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ewa is currently the Head of HR at Sheridans since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of People & Experience at Vuealta from March 2022 to December 2022. From July 2016 to March 2022, Ewa worked as an HR Business Partner at Exponential-e, where they supported various teams and management levels, provided advice in line with the People strategy, and managed international staff. Before that, they worked as an HR Advisor at DWF from November 2015 to July 2016. Ewa's experience also includes serving as an HR Officer at PRA Group from December 2012 to November 2015, where they managed HR operations and led complex Employee Relations cases. Ewa started their career as an HR Coordinator at Insight HR & Management Consultancy Ltd from April 2009 to February 2012, and also held administrative roles at Mytime Active, College of Central London, and List of Life.
