Ronald Ruth has over three decades of experience in real estate and environmental law, currently serving as a Partner at Sherin and Lodgen LLP since June 1988, where Ronald chaired the Real Estate Department from 2000 to 2008 and became a LEED AP. Ronald's expertise encompasses LEED development, Brownfield redevelopment, and general real estate law, with significant achievements including the negotiation of transactions totaling over $500 million. Prior to this role, Ronald held positions as Managing Partner in the Town of Needham and as Legal Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Fisheries, Wildlife and Environmental Law Enforcement. Ronald began the legal career as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice Alan Hale at the Massachusetts Appeals Court and later worked as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP. Ronald holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. in English, cum laude, from Allegheny College, along with a year of study at the University of Glasgow.
