Alessandra Matias

Alessandra Matias is a Manager of Quality Assurance at Sherlok. Alessandra has over eight years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Alessandra has previously worked as a Senior Software Test Analyst and DevOps Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the quality assurance team and ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Alessandra also creates test scripts and plans, and executes manual and automated tests. In their previous role as DevOps Manager, they were responsible for leading the development and operations teams and coordinating the delivery of software releases. Alessandra has also served as Quality System Manager, where they were responsible for developing and implementing quality management systems.

Alessandra Matias has an advanced diploma in information technology networking from the Jabin Hopkins Institute of Technology and a diploma in the same field from the same school. Alessandra also has an advanced degree in English language and literature from the ILSC Education Group. Additionally, they have a general English certification from Lexis English and a coaching in people management certification with an emphasis on organizational leadership from Evoluir Consultoria. Alessandra is also a certified quality manager in ISO rules from SGS ACADEMY. Furthermore, they have a post-graduation in project management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a graduate degree in data processing and data processing technology/technician from the same school. Finally, they are ITIL certified in IT service management.

They work with Steph George - Chief Marketing Officer, Stephanie McGuire - Repricing Systems Manager, and Greg Lawrie - CTO. Their manager is Adam Grocke, Founder & CEO.
