Shelda G.

Shelda G. has extensive work experience in the collections and operations field. Shelda is currently the VP of Operations at SHERLOQ Solutions, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they worked at CBCS where they held various roles including Collections Manager from 2014 to 2016, Department Manager from 2011 to 2014, Application Support from 2008 to 2011, and Collection Agent from 2006 to 2008.

Shelda G. has a history of higher education starting from 2003 to 2006. From 2003 to 2005, Shelda attended Lansing Community College, where they pursued a field of study in General Studies. Following this, in 2005 to 2006, they attended Baker College of Owosso and also pursued General Studies.

In addition to their education, Shelda has obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they obtained the Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist certification from AAHAM (American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management). Shelda also obtained the Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) certification from AAHAM in the same month. More recently, in October 2021, Shelda obtained the Collection Agency Manager certification from the State of Michigan.
