Iris Lozano brings a unique perspective to her clients because she was once one of them.

Having spent more than 15 years leading human resources business divisions and organizations in the manufacturing, financial, high technology, and construction industries, Iris knows how it feels to be on the business side of a dispute. She also understands the tough decisions employers face. In addition to her experience on the HR side of employment matters, she was once a small business owner, having owned and operated an Engineering and STEM Learning Center for children.
