Miriam Mimi Khasidy

Miriam “Mimi” Khasidy is a legal and business professional with extensive commercial, legal, project management and operations experience. Having advised internally and externally for a number of clients across the Americas, Europe and Asia, Mimi has created, implemented, and overseen various initiatives, including growth strategy, operational optimization, due diligence processes, banking and finance arrangements, regulatory compliance, M&A activity, as well as PR and marketing matters. Prior to her in-house legal and commercial roles, Mimi practiced as a US capital markets lawyer at a Magic Circle firm in London, where she specialized in cross-border securities transactions and managed complex execution mechanics. She has advised on transactions totaling well over US$ 3 billion. Mimi received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2006. She also brings her love of the arts and entertainment to her role, having had considerable training and performance experience in classical music and the visual arts for over 15 years.
