Philip V. Petrocelli

Philip V Petrocelli is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Gryphon Investors since March 2015, Philip focuses on leveraged acquisitions and growth investments in middle-market companies, managing over $2 billion in equity investments. Prior to this role, Philip held senior positions at HNTB, where responsibilities included company strategy and profit and loss management, and at AECOM as Regional Chief Executive, overseeing all business lines in the largest region worldwide. Philip also served as President and CEO at Boyle Engineering, leading its strategic growth and successful acquisition by AECOM, and as President and COO at NationsRent, where Philip implemented a profitable restructuring. Philip holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
