Paulien Navest

Paulien Navest has a diverse background in social work and recruitment, currently serving as a campus recruiter at Sherpa since February 2013. Previous roles include begeleider at Stichting Philadelphia Zorg from March 2007 to February 2013 and begeleider at Daelzicht from July 2011 to January 2013. Paulien has developed training skills through the "Train de trainer" program and obtained various educational qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences and an HBO Bachelor in Management, Zorg en welzijn from NCOI Opleidingen. Additionally, Paulien achieved certifications in Talent Analysis and Talent Management in 2019 and completed multiple training programs to enhance professional skills.
