Alex Serrano

Alex Serrano began their work experience in 2010 as a Training Specialist at Karmak. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Conversions Developer at the same company and held this position until 2016. In 2017, Alex joined Sherpa CRM as a Data Migrations Specialist.

Alex Serrano began their education history in 2004 at Northern Illinois University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in History. Alex completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. Afterward, in 2008, Alex attended Blackburn College for a year to obtain Teacher Certification in Secondary Education and Teaching.
