Anne Standish started their work experience in 2011 as a Research Assistant in the Social Psychology Lab at Penn State University - Abington. Anne then had a research internship at The Franklin Institute in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for Psychology Research Methods at Penn State University - Abington and also as a Research Volunteer at the Language and Aphasia Lab at Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute. Anne later became a Research Assistant at the Language and Aphasia Lab from September 2012 to May 2013. In 2015, Anne joined the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) as a Data Analyst and later became a Research Statistician from January 2017 to August 2022. Currently, they are a Senior Research Statistician at Aline, starting in August 2022.

Anne Standish completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychological and Social Sciences from Penn State Abington in the years 2008 to 2011. Anne then pursued a Master of Science degree in Applied Statistics from Villanova University, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.
