Cathy Crittenden

Cathy Crittenden has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cathy began their career in the US Navy, serving as an AMH from 1983 to 1987. Following their military service, Cathy worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst I at General American/Great-West Life from 1997 to 2004. In 2006, they joined Add H2O 4 Fun as an Administrative Assistant, where they performed various secretarial duties until 2007. Subsequently, Cathy served as a Customer Service Representative at Farmers Insurance and a Teller at First Missouri Credit Union. In 2008, they briefly worked as an Office Manager at a Heating & Cooling Company before transitioning to Impact Directories as a Web Designer. From 2012 to 2016, Cathy was an IT Business Analyst at The Outsource Group. Cathy then joined Stifel Financial Corp. as a QA Analyst in 2016 and continued in this role until joining Sherpa CRM as a Quality Assurance Analyst in 2022.

Cathy Crittenden's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Webster University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Programming from Jefferson Community College in Kentucky from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Cathy has also obtained various certifications.
