Rajeev Singh-Molares

Mr. Rajeev Singh-Molares is a Joint Chief Executive Officer at Alma Mundi Ventures, SGEIC, S.A. Mr. Singh-Molares serves as Executive Vice President at Alcatel-Lucent. He served as President of Asia-Pacific Region at Alcatel-Lucent India Limited. He served as Chief Executive Officer of EMEA at DHL Global Forwarding Inc. He had been President of The Asia-Pacific Region at Alcatel-Lucent since February 1, 2010. Mr. Singh-Molares served as Chief Strategy Officer at Alcatel-Lucent until February 1, 2010 and its Senior Vice President of Strategy and corporate development since January 1, 2009.

He was a Senior Partner of Monitor Group, where he was responsible for developing and managing client relationships in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During his 18 years at Monitor, he has held a variety of executive positions in North America and EMEA. Additionally, he has worked on a variety of projects in the public sector relating to competitiveness and pressing social issues. Before joining Monitor, he was in the international division of Chemical Bank in New York. He serves as a Director of a variety of foundation and nonprofit boards. He served on the worldwide board of Monitor from 1997 to 2002.

Mr. Singh-Molares is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service in Washington, DC, and completed a master's degree in international affairs at Yale University where he was a teaching assistant.
