Nicole Cole

Nicole Cole is a UX & UI Engineer at Sherpa 6. Prior to that, they were with Society for Mining, Metallurgy & Exploration Inc. (SME) for 4 years, where they served as Website Content Administrator. Nicole is experienced in managing and maintaining official websites, crafting and maintaining conference websites, launching and rebranding websites, and cultivating a seamless online experience for members, visitors, and conference attendees.

During their time at SME, Nicole was key IT team member responsible for developing and maintaining 15+ websites. Nicole successfully migrated the main website from a cold fusion based platform to a .net cms, Kentico, moving 800+ existing pages, loading and proofing all content, managing the design and integration development team, and officially launching the website to 15K+ existing members. Additionally, Nicole managed, designed, and maintained all 12 conference websites and 10 promotional landing pages - increasing brand recognition 30% and generating a new revenue stream through strategic campaigns.

Nicole has a proven track record of working with project managers, lead developers and designers, adhering to all project timelines, while maintaining quality and delivering the best results for clients.

Nicole Cole has a BBA in Marketing/Business Law from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. Nicole also has a certification from The Predictive Index in Leadership and Management Certificate, and a certification from HubSpot in Inbound Marketing Certified Professional Honors Disctinction.

Nicole Cole reports to Jeremy Myrtle, CTO & Founder. They work with Phil Flynn - Systems Integrator, Robert Dalton - Systems Engineer, and Bill Cannon - Systems Integrator.
