Luciana is currently a Sales Executive at Sherpany. Previously, they worked as an Inside Sales at CONFIG from September 2017 to August 2019. There, they were responsible for B2B activities in IT and developing commercial proposals in relation to the demands of resellers. Luciana also managed quotations, did prospecting, and promoted various services. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Officer at Elegancia Hotels from May 2017 to August 2017. There, they were in charge of the corporate development of the group and did B2B and B2C activity. Luciana also audited corporate processes, trained employees on new processes, did phone prospecting, and actively participated in the administrative service. Additionally, they have worked as a Sales Representative at Elegancia Hotels from October 2016 to March 2017 and as a Sales & Marketing Agent at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel from May 2016 to June 2016. Luciana began their career with an internship as a Polyvalent Intern at Hidden Hotel from May 2015 to August 2015 and also worked as a Sales & Marketing Agent at Grand Hills a luxury Collection Hotel & SPA from July 2016 to August 2016.

Luciana holds a Master's degree in International Business from PPA Business School, a Bachelor's degree from CMH ACADEMY, and a Scientific Baccalaureate from Lycée Français Anna de Noailles. Luciana is also certified in Meeting Lead Certification from SHERPANY and Mastership in Prospecting & Sales from Winning by Design.

Luciana reports to Roman Buehler, Co-Founder & Sales Lead. They work with Adriana Adamo - Sales Executive, Gladiatori, Italy, Marcus Folger - Sales Team Lead, and Christian Menzi - Success Manager.
