Arthur Byng Nelson

Arthur Byng Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Arthur began their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Winckworth Sherwood LLP in 2005 and later worked as a Solicitor in the Charities & Philanthropy Group at Withers LLP from 2007 to 2009. Arthur then joined Pothecary Witham Weld as a Solicitor until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Director of Trusts & Estates at ArtBanc International Ltd. Arthur briefly worked as the Director of Trusts & Estates, Solicitor at Pall Mall Art Advisors in 2016. In the same year, they joined Harold Benjamin and held the roles of Senior Associate Solicitor and Legal Director until May 2023. Currently, they are working as the Legal Director at Sherrards since May 2023.

Arthur Byng Nelson attended Winchester College from 1991 to 1996, although no degree or field of study is specified during this time. Arthur then pursued their higher education at Edinburgh University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in History of Art.
