Brian Dooley has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Brian started their career in 1999 as an IT Support Analyst at Sherry FitzGerald Group. In 2001, they were promoted to Systems Administrator and later became an IT Manager in 2003. In 2013, Brian took on the role of IT Director, where they currently oversee the IT operations at the company.

Brian Dooley attended Trinity College Dublin from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science and Information System Studies. In 2000 to 2001, they attended the Microsoft School of Engineering, although no degree was specified. During this time, they focused on Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering. Finally, in 2003, Brian Dooley attended the School of ITIL, earning certification in ITIL.
