Caroline Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Caroline began their career as an Art Director at WhyHunger (formerly World Hunger Year) in 1995. Caroline then worked as a Freelance Illustrator and Graphic Designer for various companies from 1997 to 2008. In 2009, they held roles in Food Policy at the Office of the Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer and in Public Affairs and Development at BrightFarm Systems. From 2010 to 2013, they worked in Health Media and Marketing at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Caroline then joined New York University as the Director of Health Promotion from 2014 to 2016. Finally, they became the VP of New York at the Sherry Matthews Group in 2016.
Caroline Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Northwestern University, where they attended from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master's in Public Health (MPH) with a specialization in Environmental Health Policy at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, completing their studies from 2008 to 2009.
