Gretchen Hicks

Gretchen Hicks has extensive work experience in the field of design and advertising. Gretchen started their career in 1992 as an Art Director at Lord, Dentsu & Partners, and later moved to Deutsch as an Art Director. In 1995, they joined Hixo Inc as a Senior Designer before starting their own design company, Gretchen Garven Design, in 1999. At their company, they worked as a Senior Art Director and Designer until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, they served as a Senior Designer at fd2s. Gretchen then joined The University of Texas System as a Design Director from 2005 to 2006. Gretchen'smost recent role was as a VP/Design Director at Sherry Matthews Advocacy Marketing, where they worked from 2006 onwards.

Gretchen Hicks attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1988 to 1992. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Graphic Design, specializing in the Advertising Creative Sequence.
