Shelly Leibham has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they became the Owner and General Manager of The Cat Noir Hotel, where they served until 2021. In 2022, they joined the Sherry Matthews Group as the Chief of Administrative Services.
Shelly Leibham received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from The University of Texas at Austin, from 1986 to 1988. Shelly then pursued their Doctor of Law (JD) degree at the South Texas College of Law Houston, from 1991 to 1994.
