Catherine de Oliveira

Catherine De Oliveira is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Europe Operations Director at Sherwin-Williams since October 2015, Catherine has also held the roles of Europe Quality Director and Site Operations Manager. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Valspar as Operations Manager for Industrial operations, where responsibilities included manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, along with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies as a Black Belt and trainer.
