Conor Lynch

Conor Lynch is an accomplished R&D engineer with extensive experience in chemistry and coaching. Currently serving as an R&D Engineer II at Sherwin-Williams since November 2024, Conor previously worked as a Research Chemist at ENTEK International and as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Georgia-Pacific LLC. Conor's coaching background includes roles as Assistant Football Coach at Willamette University and St. Olaf College, as well as a starting professional quarterback for the Åsane Seahawks and Berlin Rebels. Conor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Carleton College in 2014, further enhancing a solid foundation in technical and leadership skills within both the scientific and athletic fields.
