Hector Reyes, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as the Director of M&A Integration and Excellence Processes at Sherwin-Williams since May 2024, Hector previously held the role of Director of Enterprise M&A Finance at Owens Corning from September 2022 to August 2024. Prior positions include Director of Finance and M&A Integration at Stanley Black & Decker, Americas Internal Audit Head, and various roles at Belden Inc., Office Depot, Mattel, Ernst & Young, and CEMEX. Hector holds an MBA in International Management from HHL-Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's in Finance & Accounting from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
