Patti Urmetz

Patti Urmetz has extensive experience in IT management and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at Sherwin-Williams since September 2018, Patti previously held positions including Director of Networking, Infrastructure, and Operations at Flynn Restaurant Group, and Project Manager for Point of Sale Implementation at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. With a strong background in managing IT operations, including Help Desk and server administration at MSC Industrial Supply Co. and Barnes Distribution, Patti has effectively led technical projects and teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Patti began their career at OfficeMax, where significant growth was achieved in Remote Support. Patti holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Malone University, an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Cuyahoga Community College, and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University, complementing training in registered nursing.
