Robyn Cooper, M.S., P.E. QSP/QSD, serves as a Principal Engineer and Senior Project Manager at Sherwood Design Engineers since June 2021, following a distinguished career at Fall Creek Engineering Inc. as Senior Engineer and Director of Engineering from March 2003 to December 2018. With expertise in Low Impact Development, stormwater management, erosion prevention, and water reclamation, Robyn's role encompasses project procurement, budget management, engineering design, and construction supervision, with significant experience in interfacing with regulatory agencies and conducting post-construction monitoring. Previous positions include Assistant Bridge Inspector at Burrows and Engineering Intern at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Robyn holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University. Proficient in various engineering software, including AutoCAD and GIS, Robyn is committed to sustainable engineering practices.

Sherwood Design Engineers is a site civil engineering practice committed to the optimal integration of ecology, infrastructure, and design. Our headquarter is in San Francisco with Offices and Studios located in San Francisco, New York, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Petaluma, and Santa Cruz. We specialize in water management strategies and water resources engineering. We document site infrastructure as well as master plan engineering solutions at a campus, neighborhood, and district scale. Important to our engineering practice is our ability to span building and landscape. Sherwood works collaboratively with project teams to find ways to maximize efficiencies through an integrated and ecological approach that results in high performance buildings and landscapes recognized for function as well as aesthetics and user experience.
