Erikka Moreno

Erikka Moreno has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. In 2007, they worked as a Surgical Assistant at Dr. Blair G Ota. From 2009 to 2010, they served as an Event Marketing Associate at On Board Entertainment. In 2010, they worked as a Camp Counselor and Ski Dock Instructor at Stanford Sierra Conference Center. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Coordinator at HealthCorps, where they empowered high school students to live healthier lives through teaching and mentoring. In 2013, they joined Reebok as the BOKS Boston Area Coordinator, managing school and trainer recruitment processes. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the BOKS Outreach Associate Manager, managing funded school districts and leading outreach campaigns. Erikka later became the BOKS User Experience & Engagement Manager, refining digital business strategies and managing cross-functional workgroups. In 2019, they took on the role of Strategic Partnerships & Loyalty Manager at Reebok, overseeing loyalty program activations and advising global programs. In 2021, they joined Wayfair as the Senior Manager Learning Development, leading learning and development solutions for people managers and mid-level leaders. Erikka also co-founded Giving Connection, a nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people with nonprofits through a search platform. Currently, they serve as the Director of Girls Partnerships at the Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation. Throughout their career, Erikka has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and strategic development skills.

Erikka Moreno completed their undergraduate education at Stanford University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a BA degree in Human Biology, and focused on Health, Nutrition, and Human Performance. In 2017, they pursued further education at Harvard Business School Online, completing the CORe: Credential of Readiness program. Erikka also holds additional certifications, including Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, and certifications in CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Level 1 from CrossFit, Inc.
