Matthew Ferguson

Matthew Ferguson is an experienced educator and leader with a diverse background in teaching and management. Currently serving as a Teacher of Support for Learning at Shetland Islands Council since April 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Data Manager and Assistant Headteacher at Pardes House Grammar School from March 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing data and being part of the senior leadership team. Prior to that, Matthew led acquisitions and sales in the property development sector as Head of Acquisitions and Sales at Cosybox from August 2015 to August 2019. Matthew's career in education also includes serving as Head of Department for ICT at COPTHALL School from July 2007 to August 2015. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Education and a PGCE in ICT, both obtained from Middlesex University.
